Not surprisingly, Weidmer's story in Sunday's Chattanooga paper included six backhanded compliments of Tennessee wrapped around mention of his beloved UK's 2012 national championship and mention of UK's position as winningest team in college history. His statement that UT's current win streak is "one of the sweetest three game runs in school history" was most hilarious.
It was the only Weidmer story I've read beginning to end in three years. His obsessive love of the Kentucky Wildcats is shared at most by 20 or 30 people in Chattanooga.
