Alabama doesn't require you to register your guns. They do require a permit to conceal carry. However, this gun was in his trunk. I know lots of Police Officers and I feel confident saying that none would charge a person for carrying a gun in their trunk, unless they were an Alabama fan who happened to pull over an Auburn star.
