Or a combination of both. I know I would have felt slighted being second lowest paid for such an important position. They should have made it worth his while if they wanted to keep him. Now what other kind of RB coach will we get with NFL experience?

Answer NONE..... I condider this an epic fail for coach Jones and the administration.
