Whats with blaming Bama & FL, is it because they kick Vols butt more times than not in football? The comments are talking about KPD, I didn't read where KPD had anything to do with this. By the way, what does KCSD have to do with it when UTPD is a state police department and the TBI, it seems, would be the investigators. Maybe I'm being petty, but just wondering.
