Brendan. It's "regimen," not "regiment."
A regiment is a military unit. It can also be used as a verb or as an adjective (a regimented workout), with the meaning I think you intended, but you used it as a noun.
A regimen is a systematic plan or a regular course of action and especially of strenuous training.
