I cannot understand the change - you don't throw an inexperienced QB into his first start against a very good defense at a tough SEC road venue.
if you wanna make a change, fine. make it against South Alabama at home. Worley had been decent and his best quality was lack of mistakes, which is a premium in a tough road game. you might argue that Worley didn't do much vs Oregon, so a change can't be any worse. well, yes it can - and Fla ain't Oregon.
that was a winnable game today. we should have been up going into the half and we never should have knocked Driskell out of the game - why were we so unprepared to slow down a junior QB who had hardly seen the field during his career. watching him run wild reminded me of that awful 2001 SEC title game when LSU's backup beat us.
where is our vaunted "top 5 in the country" offensive line ?? they can't get a running back 4 yards and they sure can't pass block.
Vols did not look well-coached today. what was Jones thinking ?
