The problem with Neyland Stadium is it is uncomfortable. Once you've gone to other venues with chair back seats and a little more leg room its hard go sit on a metal bench for 4 hours unless the product on the field is really compelling. Lately it hasn't been. I went to a game last year and bought some tickets to seats with the chairs and after 30 years of sitting on bleachers I thought I was in high cotton. I'm 6'5" so my knees are usually straddling the person in front of me and I'm in the lap of the person behind me and needing a chiropractor after the game. The next addition to Neyland should be a subtraction. Take out all the bleachers and replace them with seats. It will reduce the capacity by probably close to 10,000, but what does it matter if you aren't selling those 18 inches of aluminum anyway?
