Like most who visit here I expected us to lose a small handful of games this year. I didn't, however, expect us to lose to anybody by this much. I'm guessing the circumstances (late and tough game last night, small unengaged crowd, talented Texas team wanting to make a statement) had something to do with the outcome. Half court defense, finishing under the basket, and free throws need work and Pearl doesn't need me or anyone else to tell him that.
