One day people at this University will realize that success breeds success. We need an X&O guy that can win with the sub top-15 recruiting classes that we have. Only after we start beating better competition will our recruiting take off. The whole idea that the head coach should be a recruiter first might work in Florida, Georgia, or California, but we need someone who can come in and out game the competition.
