Vols' Cannon hurt in wreck

Tennessee redshirt freshman Sinclair Cannon was involved in a car accident in his hometown of Greer, S.C., on Sunday, according to coach Phillip Fulmer.

"He had to go to the hospital and he was been released,'' Fulmer said. "He had a puncture wound, but it turned out to be O.K."

Fulmer said he doesn't believe Cannon will be forced to miss any time this spring, but until he returns to campus and is examined by the UT medical staff no decision will be made.
