Allen submitted paperwork to turn pro to the NFL last week. He is able to withdraw before Jan. 19 if he have a change of heart.
"I dont have any reason to candy coat it; Im leaning toward leaving, Allen told the News Sentinel last week. "Theres a small possibility Ill come back. Its not a done deal.
"I want the Tennessee fans to know how much I appreciate their
support. Ive gotten a lot of e-mails and its meant a
lot.
Allen, who graduated with his degree in sports management in December,
said the NFL draft grade he received was second round, but after
talking to general managers, hes confident he could work his way
into the first round.
