South Carolina (3-3, 5-3) at Arkansas (0-4, 2-5)

Time: 12:30 p.m. Television: WVLT.

Skinny: Razorbacks are 5-1 vs. Gamecocks in games played in Arkansas, but South Carolina won last year, 35-32, in Columbia. New South Carolina coach Steve Spurrier is 3-0 vs. Arkansas.

Key Players: Gamecocks' QB Blake Mitchell is 24th nationally in pass efficiency and receiver Sidney Rice leads SEC with 95.3 yards receiving per game; Arkansas is tops in SEC in rushing with Darren McFadden (7.9 yards per carry) leading the way.

Line: Arkansas by 4.

Auburn (4-1, 6-1) at Kentucky (1-3, 2-5)

Time: 2 p.m. Television: None.

Skinny: Tigers, making their first appearance in Lexington since 1995, have won 14 consecutive games vs. Wildcats dating back to 1966 and has scored 41 points or more in past three meetings. Kentucky has outscored opponents 95-81 in second half this season.

Key Players: Auburn QB Brandon Cox has thrown for more than 200 yards in six of past seven games; Kentucky running back Rafael Little leads the SEC and ranks 12th nationally in all-purpose yardage with 158.6 per game.

Line: Auburn by 22A 1/2.

Alabama (5-0, 8-0) at Mississippi St. (0-5, 2-6)

Time: 3:30 p.m. Television: WVLT.

Skinny: Tide has won four straight vs. Bulldogs; Mississippi State has lost 17 in a row to SEC West competition and is playing on national network TV for the first time since 2001.

Key Players: Mississippi State tailback Jerious Norwood is the school's all-time leading rusher (2,888 yards) and all-time all-purpose yardage leader (3,306 yards); Alabama QB Brodie Croyle has not lost in his last 11 starts.

Line: Alabama by 17.

Appalachian State (6-2) at LSU (6-1)

Time: 8 p.m. Television: None.

Skinny: This is the schools' first meeting. LSU is 4-0 all-time against Division I-AA teams. The Mountaineers have won three consecutive games but lost 36-8 to Kansas earlier this season.

Key Players: LSU QB JaMarcus Russell has thrown for at least one touchdown in six consecutive games and gone over the 200-yard passing mark five times this season; ASU QB Richie Williams is the school's all-time leading passer.

Line: None.

Vanderbilt (2-3, 4-4) at Florida (4-2, 6-2)

Time: 7:15 p.m. Television: ESPN2.

Skinny: Commodores haven't beaten a ranked opponent since topping Ole Miss in 1992; Gators look for longest home win streak (7) since an 11-game streak between 2000 and 2001.

Key Players: Vandy LB Moses Osemwegie had 51 total tackles, 38 solos in four October games; Florida receiver Chad Jackson is 24th in the nation with six receiving TDs and averages a TD catch every nine receptions this season.

Line: Florida by 19.
