Return of Ainge?
Offensive coordinator Randy Sanders was the guest speaker Monday at the Knoxville Quarterback Club and said that Ainge will likely play some in Tennessee's Oct. 22 showdown at Alabama.
While Sanders didn't know exactly when Ainge would get in or how much he would play, Sanders said Ainge would play some due to his impressive play during practice over the last few weeks.
Ainge's last appearance in a Tennessee game was Sept. 24 at LSU, where he was last seen flinging a ball out of the back of the end zone. That pass was returned two yards for a touchdown. Quarterback Rick Clausen has been the starter since.
