The 6-foot-3, 175-pound Paige said hes looking strongly at
Florida State, as well as LSU, but wouldnt close the door on
UT.
Paige said he wants to visit UT this weekend because it will be his
last chance before he announces his college choice on ESPN on Aug.
19.
"I cant give Tennessee a look unless I get there," the wide
receiver from Sterlington (La.) High School said.
Paige and Davis are considering UT in large part because of wide
receivers coach Trooper Taylor. Their relationship with Taylor has
helped convince them to take the trip to Knoxville.
"I dont think there are too many coaches out there like him,"
Paige told the News Sentinel last month. "Hes told me numerous
times before, If you come to Knoxville Im going to take
care of you. I really believe that."
Paige said he will use this weekends visit to see how he might
fit in with the Vols offense.
"I want to see how many (wide receivers) theyre bringing in, how
many theyre losing, the offense they have planned for me," he
said. "I have a list of questions."
