The offensive lineman from Forestville (Md.) High School committed to Penn State during a Tuesday afternoon press conference at the ESPN Zone in Baltimore, Md.
The 6-foot-5, 315-pound Logan-El chose Penn State over Maryland, Tennessee and Florida. He had been committed to Maryland but later reopened his recruitment.
The decision by Logan-El leaves only one offensive lineman left on the board for UT Ramone Johnson from Morgan Park High School in Chicago, Ill. Johnson is considering UT and Illinois.
