"Ive been interested in Baylor because its a high-profile school with a lot of notoriety throughout the state," Westmoreland said in a press release. "Their football program has been highly recommended by a lot of people."
The 29-year-old will live on campus and serve as a dorm parent, part of the schools residential life program.
