Morgan, a 6-foot, 190-pound safety, said he will choose between Tennessee, Virginia Tech and Michigan.
Morgan said he's glad the recruiting process will soon be over.
"I'm going to have a full schedule this year," he said. "I'm just ready for it to be over with and I just want to be focused on my last year."
Morgan has only visited Virginia Tech among the three schools he's considering. He said he's learned about UT and Michigan from his cousin, running back Brandon Minor, who was recruited by both schools and signed with Michigan in February.
"How wonderful it was and how fun it was," Morgan said when asked what Minor remembered from his official visit to UT last October.
Morgan said the possibility of playing with Minor, who also attended Varina, is a draw to Michigan, but not a deciding factor.
"It would be real good because we're used to playing with each other on the same team," Morgan said. "But that's really not a key in my decision."
