Dear Tennessee fans,



It’s been an incredible ride so far this season!



At the beginning of the season many people thought our team would finish in the bottom of the SEC East, but we proved them wrong — becoming the SEC East Champions. We owe a lot of that to you!

You’re energy and enthusiasm made a big difference for our team this year. The atmosphere at Thompson-Boling Arena was one of the best environments in college basketball. Wednesday’s human checkerboard was a great finale. I just wish we could have given you a win, but I know you appreciate the effort our players are giving.

I can’t begin to tell you how much your support has meant to our players, our coaches, our families and most of all our University. I appreciate all that you have done to help us make our first year such a success so far, and I look forward to many more years as
