Vols' Bradshaw is healing from wrist surgery
The procedure was performed by Dr. Arthur Retting on Friday in Indianapolis.
Bradshaw, a junior guard from Memphis who was forced to play forward because of a small roster, had surgery Friday in Indianapolis. Officials said it was successful.
Bradshaw was injured on Jan. 21 in the Vols' 80-76 win over Florida in which he made the game-winning layup off a steal by Chris Lofton. Bradshaw, who played thereafter with his wrist tightly wrapped, started in all 30 games, averaging 7.1 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.9 assists. His 2.76 assist-turnover ratio led the SEC.
Tennessee's season -- a season in which the Vols were 21-8 and champions of the SEC Eastern Division -- ended with a loss to Wichita State in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
