Mitchell's arraignment postponed
The senior, expected to be UT's starting middle linebacker this fall, was arrested for disorderly conduct approximately 3:30 a.m. on May 1 at Rocky Top Market on Cumberland Avenue.
Mitchell allegedly became argumentative and verbally abusive with an officer called to the scene to disperse a crowd.
The disorderly conduct charge is a Class C misdemeanor and Mitchell posted a $500 bond.
Tennessee coach Phillip Fulmer indefinitely suspended Mitchell last week.
