Ainge practices, limited during drills

Tennessee quarterback Erik Ainge, who suffered an ankle sprain in Saturday’s 31-24 victory over South Carolina, practiced on Tuesday.

He was, however, limited during drills. Backup Jonathan Crompton worked with the first team.

Ainge was injured late in the fourth quarter of the South Carolina game. He was wearing a protective boot after the game, and it was feared he might be out for this Saturday’s game with LSU.
