Johnson's suspension lifted
"While the suspension has been hard on our team, we needed to make a point to Marsalous and the rest of the team that we expect them to conduct themselves at a high standard and be good representatives of our great university," Fulmer said in a statement.
Johnson was suspended in the preseason and still faces felony charges stemming from a July incident in which he allegedly waved a toy gun at an off-duty deputy on I-40 in Putnam County.
His preliminary hearing is scheduled for late October.
