Betsy McAllister has joined the Tennessee women's basketball staff as video coordinator.
McAllister comes to UT from Florida State, where she served the past season in the same capacity. She worked for the WNBA's Cleveland Rockers and NBA's Cleveland Cavaliers as video coordinator from 2001-06.
'Obviously, she has a wealth of experience in the NBA, WNBA and college basketball ...,'' UT coach
Pat Summitt
said. 'We feel fortunate that she will be on our staff, and we look forward to the expertise she will bring to our program.'
McAllister replaces
Angel Elderkin
, who left in June to become an assistant coach at Virginia.

Ms. McAlister, Welcome to Big Orange Country! We hope your time there is pleasant, productive, and full of weight-lifting (of trophies!) Thanks, in advance, for all the hard work and great contributions you will make through the miracle of modern video work -- truly one of the most valuable tools in the coach's toolbox. Glad you're here!
