Vols drop out of both polls

A victory Saturday over South Carolina could not prevent Tennessee from dropping out of both the Associated Press and the USA Today basketball polls.

The Vols were 22nd in the Associated Press poll and 24th in the USA Today poll last week, but lost to unranked Auburn on Wednesday — their third consecutive defeat.
