Warwick, a native of Baldwinsville, N.Y., comes to UT from Duke University, where he worked last year as the director of player personnel and development.
Prior to that, he spent six years as the Green Bay Packers' assistant general manager and director of football administration.
Warwick replaces Gerry Dickey, who left last month to become the regional accounts manager with Action Sports Media in Oklahoma City.
Warwick has also spent time with Maryland, Syracuse and Clemson.
