UT hosting 200 recruits
Prospects and their families will be able to meet with UT's coaches and take part in the Orange and White Game festivities on Saturday while touring UT's campus.
Several in-state prospects are expected to attend, including Smyrna receiver Rodriquez Wilks and Murfreesboro Riverdale offensive lineman David Spurlock.
UT commitment Ben Bartholomew will make the trip along with teammate Preston Bailey, an offensive lineman from Montgomery Bell Academy. Bartholomew, who could play one of several positions in college, committed to UT last December.
Offensive lineman Antoine McClain from Anniston (Ala.) High and defensive back Terrance Parks from Creekside High in Fairburn, Ga., told govolsxtra.com they will be here this weekend. Parks said that UT and Florida lead for his services.
Cornerback Brandon Boykin from Fayette County High in Fayetteville, Ga., receiver Aaron Boyd from Henry Clay High in Lexington, Ky., and linebacker Dexter Heyman from Male High in Louisville, Ky., are also on the list.
The Vols were planning to host E.J. Abrams-Ward this week but the athlete from Thomasville (N.C.) High took an unofficial last weekend instead.
