The X-rays taken Wednesday on Tennessee women’s basketball star Candace Parker’s right shoulder came back negative, said Jenny Moshak, the Lady Vols’ assistant athletics director for sports medicine.
Moshak said Parker’s range of motion was much better than Tuesday when she injured the shoulder at the end of practice.
However, Parker is still dealing with some lingering pain and is listed as day to day, added Moshak. She will begin rehabbing immediately.
“If she doesn’t progress, she’ll undergo further evaluation,” Moshak said.

Just when I thought there could be no connection with this story and football I get proven wrong.

I was saying that you had found a connection idiot. I thought it was funny. Why don't you not jump to the conclusion that someone is always jumping on your case. Get a life!

Why is it that everyone seems to have to keep making comments about Fulmer, even if the story is on something unrelated to UT football??!!
I don't know about anyone else out there, but I am tired of all the wisecracks and other negative comments about the football team and Coach Fulmer and his staff!!
YES...I know it may be the right time for Fulmer to step down after this season
YES...I know it seems like now that both of the UT basketball programs are overshadowing football these days
and YES...I know the football team has struggled this season...
BUT...in case a lot of you die-hard UT football fans, as well as the many "fair-weathered" fans have forgotten...YOU CAN'T WIN 'EM ALL!!! It is true that UT has for the most part had a "winning tradition" in football...but just because we are 4-3 right now, doesn't mean we are going to keep playing like that and end up with a losing season!!! How about thinking positively for a change, come on people!!!
I haven't ever heard any gripes and complaints or "Fire Pat Summitt" when the Lady Vols b'ball team doesn't make it to the Final Four, or when they might lose to one of their huge opponents!!

ladyvolsfan99 is on the money. I feel like serving cheese to go with all the whining(wining) taking place. Yep Pat did not get told to pack and go. There were a few on this site that said it had passed her by, but Pat proved them wrong. Go Lady Vols win #9!!!

It's Wednesday...shouldn't someone be out praying for all the no-gooders. Yes, please define wining for us.

whining...don't get wine and cheese inference? Some people aren't ever happy ya know? Glass is always half empty from their perspective. Oh no warning necessary to the state. Thanks for the consideration though. Go Lady VOLS!!! ps Joe Bomb I'll be at church at 7pm and lift you up. OK? Oh and I am not calling you a no-gooder.

LADYVOLSFAN99 YOU ARE A IDIOT. You can't even tell the differance between Pat's program and the football program. Shut-up and look at the numbers.

Tddawson, who are you to judge? Reread your post. You owe LADYVOLSFAN99 an apology. This is a Lady Vol article, NOT FOOTBALL. I wish this was a pay site again. I have never seen as much trash except the last time I went to the county dump. And no, tddawson, I don't live in a dump before you say it.

Thank you lempga!! It is sad some contributors must turn every article written into an opportunity to trash Fullmer and the football program. Why not let us enjoy the articles and comments on other sports with spitting out your venom? Write what you want on the football articles and leave the rest alone. Some of you have too much time on your hands!! GET A LIFE!!

Tddawson, YOU are the idiot!! You are wrong at what you say here...I do know the difference between the basketball and football programs. As I said before, I do know that it is probably time for Fulmer to go...I never would have said that if I didn't think that to be true.
My whole point of making that comment is that I am tired of all the "naysayers", and all the fair-weather fans such as yourself that constantly make ridiculous jokes and/or comments about the football team. And it looks like I am not the only one that feels like that. STOP THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS!!! If you and the other fairweather fans keep acting like this and don't show any support for the team, then you may as well go on your own way.
Thank you vol4jesus and lempga for agreeing with me.

I don't often post comments, but I feel very strongly about the VILE and HATEFULL posts about Coach Fullmer and the Football Players.First of all, this is the LADY VOLS page. The same Lady Vols that are NCCA Champions in Basketball and a few plays away from being SOFTBALL Champions. RESPECT THESE FABULOUS LADIES AND POST POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT THEM ON THEIR SITE. I am a UT letterman and do believe that Coach's time is past. These incredibly hatefull comments have no place, period. Many recruits, both men and ladies
read this poison. If you were a parent, would you want your child to go to a school with such ignorant and stupid (so called fans). I bleed ORANGE and would hope that all UT fans post constructive and intelligent comments. All I'm interested in is that CANDICE is OK and that THE OLD BALL COACH GOES BACK TO COLUMBIA WITH HIS TAIL DRAGGING BETWEEN HIS LEGS. GO BIG ORANGE.
