The X-rays taken Wednesday on Tennessee women’s basketball star Candace Parker’s right shoulder came back negative, said Jenny Moshak, the Lady Vols’ assistant athletics director for sports medicine.
Moshak said Parker’s range of motion was much better than Tuesday when she injured the shoulder at the end of practice.
However, Parker is still dealing with some lingering pain and is listed as day to day, added Moshak. She will begin rehabbing immediately.
“If she doesn’t progress, she’ll undergo further evaluation,” Moshak said.
