Vols to play doubleheader Saturday
It's a play two kind of day at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
Tennessee and Eastern Division leading Florida will play a doubleheader today with game one scheduled for 11 a.m. (TV: SportSouth) and game two for 4 p.m. (TV: Fox Sports Net South).
Friday's game was rained out.
Pitching matchups are expected to remain the same with the Vols (17-10, 5-4 SEC) switching their usual weekend rotation around for the Gators (20-8,7-2). Sophomore left-hander Nick Hernandez (0-1, 4.09 ERA) goes in game one against Florida
sophomore righty Billy Bullock (3-2, 3.11). In game two, UT
freshman left-hander Bryan Morgado (3-2, 2.54) takes the mound against freshman right-hander Tommy Toledo (4-1, 2.70).
The series will conclude 1 p.m. Sunday with sophomore Steve Crnkovich (4-2, 4.42), usually UT's Friday night starter, going against Florida's Patrick Keating (4-0, 2.45).
