What an ignorant comment, we choose captains by the signs of leadership that the players show - traditionally seniors. Agreed. More selfless bunch this year. That can help in terms of mistakes, digging deep in the 4th quarter, and staying out of trouble off the field. I sure as hell hope we shock the SEC this year. I live around a ton of UGA and Auburn fans and am sick of that overconfidence out of both of those sets of fans. We gotta take it to the foes this year.

Our HS team got off to a good start last night. They beat Roswell 32-21. They looked really good save the fact that or DBs didn't play to well. But its the first game and I look for them to improve. :)

ctown- everything is well and good in Stallion country, it is growing by leaps and bounds. It is a great local college. My wife attenened the nursing program there. They still have the reputation of having one of the hardest RN program in the state.

Dupree is 6th team alternate captain for the waterboys and David Keith along with busybody, toothman, and some dude they found on the strip. sjt18 is delivering the pre-game invocation and expected to be finished by halftime.

RealTJ, dfreeman is awaiting word from the NCAA clearinghouse on his eligibility. Word is he is gettting help from the same academic folk who worked with Williams so we should know something in about 5-10 years and 14 two-year online degrees.
Kingsport, good call on Aunt Bea. She was a hellacious MLB in her day so I have been told. Almost as tough as Ricky Tidwell's mom.
