March 11 huh......if we hurry, we can realistically have another 10 or 15 guys arrested by then. Get the lead out guys, there will be a lot happening around 2 am for the next month, don't be caught in your rooms!

WOW! I can hardly wait for OleTouchdownTn's report. i know that everyone is sitting on the edge of their seat for his all-seeing, all-knowing evaluation. Way to go. How could we ever get by without your EXPERT opinion. We are so lucky to have such a brilliant football mind on board.

pdhuff, yep, its a tall order, but our guys have the character, determination, and general lack of respect for the coach that its gonna take to see it through. I like our chances. I'm especially proud of our senior leadership stepping up like they have. Stay the course!

iam4ua, stupid comment.

Aren't practices normally closed to the public and the press? What's the point of announcing them?

iam4ua's intellect reflects badly on ua because not even ua wants fans that stupid.
Posted by GreerVol22 on February 8, 2008 at 12:32 p.m. (Suggest removal)
If ia4ua actually believed, he would never make that comment.

Yep, iam4ua doesn't even know how to read a calendar, bless his heart.
I can't blame him for not knowing that our coaches and players get together on the field to pray after the game, since most years the whuppin' his team gets is so bad he is gone before then.
(Yes, I know this year was an exception, but payback is coming.... wait for it!)
I said it's great to be a Tennessee Vol!

I came accross a recent picture of iam4ua on a website:

iam4ua - Which UA are you from? They don't have computers in Bammer. Arkansas people can read calendars. Arizona people don't give a flip about Tennessee. Alaska people are too busy digging out of their houses after the most recent bout of snow storms. I give up.

oletouchdown--by whose measure do you consider something to be the truth. your hate on fulmer colors any objectivity. it probably is the truth in your mind but very many others. i have asked you several times, who do you want to replace fulmer? you will not give me a name.

This spring should be interesting. With the coaching changes on offense the competition for the skill positions could be wide open. New QB and new schemes that Clawson will bring is reason to be positive.
I expect to hear the same ol whinning we have grown use to but like the sun always rising in the east somethings will never change even if we went 14-0.

What should we expext to see from this years offense?
Posted by sjt18 on February 11, 2008 at 1:25 p.m. (Suggest removal)
If you are still checking SFOrange then I'd say more focus on running the ball. Additionally, I think Clawson has already said that he wants to stretch the field vertically more than last year.
He talks like someone who likes to isolate matchups more than DC rather than just running everything within the system.
GJones did pretty good out of the backfield. Imagine if they can run well enough to isolate him on a CB. GJ with one guy to beat... I like his odds.
