Longtime lurker, first post:

Memphis is in a uproar. DH was at the grocery store today where anyone wearing blue or Memphis shirts could get a free cake from the bakery.

This game is huge for Tiger fans but don't be fooled: there are many Vols here in Mempho-town.

My 73-year-old dad, in the event of a Vol win, has a starched UT orange button-down ready to wear to church tomorrow to rub it in all the faces of Tiger fans there. Here's hoping my old man gets his wish.

Vol fans being pelted by foodstuffs and beer bottles is typical of the low caliber of Tiger fans in this town.

It irritates me when I hear that Memphis is not part of TN, it's news to me, I was born and raised here and my blood is as orange as it gets.

Out-of-towners be safe tonight.

I'm praying to Jesus he is wearing an orange jersey tonight.

GO VOLS!!!!!!!
