Tennessee women's basketball player Angie Bjorklund underwent successful knee surgery Monday at UT Medical Center, said Jenny Moshak, University of Tennessee assistant athletics director for sports medicine.
“Dr. Greg Mathien, UT team orthopaedist, performed surgery on Angie’s right knee this afternoon,” said Moshak. “The surgery addressed a torn medial meniscus of her knee.”
Bjorklund will begin rehabilitating the knee immediately and should be fully recovered in four to six weeks.
A 6-foot forward-guard from Spokane Valley, Wash., Bjorklund indicated that her injury came as a result of “tweaking her knee” in the last two weeks.

Who cares? You do, jack, or you wouldn't be visiting a women's bball link, dillweed. Who goes lurking around on forums they have no interest in? Only losers like yourself, jack. You could be in the wrong forum. Scroll up and notice the header. That's a clue for you to be respectful to the ladies, jack. Or just keep on surfing until you find something that does Thrill you.
By the way, if it's Michael Jackson you love, google neverland. He may have an opening.

Those who don't care about women's basketball are welcome to find an article about something they do enjoy.
If Bjorklund had to injure her knee hopefully it was a result of stepping up the defense. Get well Angie, we need experienced leaders next year!
