FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — Cornerback David Gordon has made an oral commitment to Arkansas over LSU and Oklahoma, among more than 20 scholarship offers.
Gordon, 6-foot-0, 175 pounds, has 4.4-second speed in the 40-yard dash and has recorded times of 10.41 in the 100 meters and 21.22 in the 200 at Tulsa East Central High School.
He had 11 receptions for an average of about 30 yards a catch and six touchdowns at receiver and had 23 unassisted tackles and five interceptions despite missing four games with a high ankle sprain.
Gordon has family members from the Fort Smith area. He said he hopes to be a two-way player at Arkansas.

Is this someone we were high on landing, is that why it was posted? Or just a slow news day? Just curious, since we don't exactly receive (or want) an article everytime an SEC team receives a commitment.

Morgan Moses, C_mmings, and 5 recruits from Florida were at UT for unofficial visits over the weekend and we are graced with an article about a 3* CB committing to Arkansas... a team that won't return to UT's schedule for another 2 or 3 years?
Come on TJ... even you have to see where this isn't exactly a great job by KNS. UT wasn't even recruiting him.

Have to agree with sjt. I would love it if KNS would actually keep us more up to date about who is visiting, be it an official or unofficial, and how their visits go. I'm sure that would make many fans happy. Following recruitment has become very popular. C'mon KNS, jump on the bandwagon.
