Terry Bullman gives News Sentinel sports editor John Adams a firsthand look at martial arts, which is fast becoming a mainstream American sport.
Since News Sentinel sports editor John Adams is a favorite target for many posters on govolsxtra.com, we thought we would share a photo you would all enjoy.
The two stories John wrote for Sunday's paper on the boom of mixed martial arts won't appear on GVX. We know most of you don't even like SEC news here (Hint: Tebow, Alabama). So there's no need to upset the haters.
Terry Bullman, who has fought for the World Toughman Championship, boxed professionally and now competes in the World Combat League, demonstrates a move on John at Premier Martial Arts Center in Knoxville.
GVX, which won the 2008 EPpy Award for Best Sports Web Site (with fewer than one million unique monthly visitors), offers visitors a chance to leave a comment that only visitors to this site have anticipated.
