LEXINGTON, Ky. — Middle Tennessee has replaced Akron on Kentucky’s 2008 football schedule.
The Blue Raiders will play at Commonwealth Stadium on Sept. 13. The game marks the second meeting between the two schools. Kentucky beat Middle Tennessee 44-22 back in 2002.
The Blue Raiders went 5-7 last year. The Wildcats are coming off an 8-5 season in which they won the Music City Bowl for the second consecutive year.
