Cottam breaks bone in leg, out for spring

Tennessee junior tight end Jeff Cottam suffered a fibula fracture in his right leg during practice this afternoon. The injury will prevent Cottam from participating in the remainder of spring drills.

UT head athletic trainer Jason McVeigh rexpects him to make a full recovery by fall.

It pays to have good back-ups, the injury bug is starting already.

He shopuld be back by the Fall and in the meantime, someone else can step up and get some reps. Nothing wrong with depth.

I guess so, VolCane. He's making them practice too hard. What a terrible coach.

He was just stayin' the course and poundin' his fritter.

It WAS Fulmer's fault that Cottam got hurt. Fulmer caused Chernobyl, too. Look it up.
