UT golfers Ford, Pettitt honored

Tennessee seniors Charlie Ford and Philip Pettitt were named to PING All-Region teams selected by the Golf Coaches Association of America, UT announced in a release from its sports information department.

Ford had three top 10 finishes this season and a 72.94 stroke average. He finished his UT career with seven top 10 finishes.

Pettitt’s best finish this season was a tie for 12th in the Bank of Tennessee Intercollegiate. He had a 72.97 stroke average.
