Now let's wait for the mass exodus of recruits! If they don't name a replacement that will run a spread type offense quickly, they'll bail on us like crazy.

They committed to TN and Clawson to run the spread and if the replacements don't have the same offensive style, we're in for 2 or 3 years of what we have encountered this year.

I don't know if all the nay-sayers on here are ready for that...but we'll see.

I say get Muschamp or the Texas Tech coach!

Go Vols!!

Best of luck to Fulmer in the future and good luck on the coaching search...'there's always next season'.

OK everybody. Let's show some class here. Let's all look forward and leave out the nasty names, etc. Go Vols!

Next should be Hamilton.

I would really like to see George Quarles take a shot at it. I know that he is young and doesn't have college experience, however, after seeing the level of quality that he has brought out of his teams at Maryville for the last several years, he's a good candidate. The kids respect him and he doesn't put up with the deadbeat thugs.

Kyle Whittingham, the previous undefeated Utah coach has done pretty well in the SEC.

yes...I think it is going to be Cowher...but I wish it were still Fulmer...

I like Quarles...but I think he has a bit to go before coming over and taking the reins here....nice thought though

in response to paulslag

Yeah, Tulsa, which just lost to an awful Arkansas team. That makes a lot of sense.

None of the above the only one I'd look at is Butch Davis.

After the "I'M A MAN, I'M 40!" speech from Mike Leach and the background story ESPN ran last year on the kid he was "defending" I don't want him anywhere near Vol Country.

Steve Spurrier. Since Fullmer loves UT so much, after the buy out Fullmer can hire Spurrier!
