Time: 12:30 p.m. TV: WVLT.
Skinny: Florida has won 21 in a row against Kentucky and owns a 40-17 series advantage. The Wildcats haven't beaten the Gators since 1986 and haven't won in Gainesville since 1979. The No. 10-ranked Gators had a week off after thumping LSU 51-21. Kentucky rallied last week for a 21-20 victory against Arkansas to snap a two-game losing streak.
Key players: Former Alcoa High School star Randall Cobb caught two fourth-quarter TD passes from Mike Hartline to cap off Kentucky's comeback against the Hogs. The bad news was leading rusher Derrick Locke suffered a season-ending injury. Florida's Tim Tebow once again has the SEC's best QB rating for the league's top scoring offense (38.5 points per game).
Line: Florida by 26.
Time: 3 p.m. TV: None.
Skinny: All the Vandy hype has waned after back-to-back losses, but the hype appears to be just getting started for first-year Duke coach David Cutcliffe. The Commodores started 5-0 before losing to Mississippi State and Georgia. Cutcliffe has folks around Duke recalling glory days when Steve Spurrier coached the Blue Devils 20 years ago. Vandy leads the series 7-3.
Key players: Vandy has the 118th ranked offense in the nation, but has gotten a recent lift from Mackenzi Adams at QB and Jamie Graham at WR. Duke QB Thaddeus Lewis has 41 career TD passes. He has completed 111-of-193 passes for 1,101 yards and nine TDs this season.
Line: Vanderbilt by 9 1/2.
Time: 3:30 p.m. TV: WVLT.
Skinny: The marquee game of the week in the SEC features the No. 7-ranked Bulldogs and No. 13-ranked Tigers. Nine of the top 25 defenses in the country reside in the SEC and these are two of them. LSU holds a 14-11-1 all-time series advantage, but Georgia has won the past two - including a 34-14 victory the last time they met in the 2005 SEC championship.
Key players: LSU RB Charles Scott still ranks among the SEC league leaders in rushing, but has been held to less than 65 yards the past two games against Florida and South Carolina. Georgia RB Knowshon Moreno has four 100-yard games, including a season-high 172 against Vandy last week. Freshman WR A.J. Green had seven catches for 132 yards and a TD against the 'Dores.
Line: LSU by 2 1/2.
Time: 7 p.m. TV: PPV.
Skinny: The Razorbacks have won four in a row against the Rebels and own a 30-23-1 series advantage according to them (24-29-1 according to Ole Miss). The series dispute is over a Rebels' forfeit of a 13-7 win in 1914. Arkansas romped to a 44-8 victory last year in Oxford.
Key players: Arkansas RB Michael Smith has emerged to become the third most productive back in the nation (180.8 all-purpose yards per game). Ole Miss has lost back-to-back close games to South Carolina and Alabama, but sophomore QB Jevan Snead continues to put up decent numbers and is third in the SEC with 209.1 yards passing per game.
Line: Ole Miss by 5.
Time: 7 p.m. TV: ESPNU.
Skinny: Mississippi State left Knoxville last week a little banged up physically and mentally after the Vols pulled away for a 34-3 victory late. MTSU has lost four of its past five with the only victory coming in a last-minute, 14-13 comeback against Florida Atlantic. The Bulldogs last faced MTSU in 2000 and rolled to a 61-35 victory and a 2-0 series advantage.
Key players: The MTSU combo of QB Joe Craddock and WR Patrick Honeycutt has hooked up 28 times for 253 yards in the past four games, but the Blue Raiders' rushing offense ranks 116th out of 119 teams nationally. Tyson Lee has steadied the MSU QB situation, but threw his first three interceptions of the season against the Vols.
Line: Mississippi State by 10 1/2.

Maybe I'm missing something here. Isn't KNS a Knox,Tenn paper? Isn't Tenn and Abl in the SEC? My glasses may need changing but I seem to be missing somethijng here.

Good insight, except 41-17 Bama.
Only hope is for Bama to self-destruct. Not likely.
