Lady Vols face Georgia in volleyball

The Tennessee Lady Vols, who are on a season-best five match winning streak, are back in Thompson-Boling Arena this weekend for a pair of SEC matches, beginning with Georgia (14-9, 7-4 SEC) at 7 p.m. Friday.

For Tennessee (15-8, 8-4), its recent success is partly attributable to finding more help for star sophomore Nikki Fowler. In last Sunday's three-game sweep at Mississippi State, Kylie Marshall had a team-high 11 kills. Junior Farren Powe added eight.

'We have been working on getting her more involved,'' UT coach Rob Patrick said of Powe, 'and she came through in a big way.'
