Morley wearing cast to protect fingers

Tennessee safety Demetrice Morley said the cast he is wearing this week in practice is to protect his middle and index fingers that were injured in Monday’s loss to UCLA.

The junior said he’s unsure how long he’ll have to wear the cast on his right hand and wasn’t sure exactly when the hand was injured.

Morley was seen hauling in a one-handed interception during Thursday’s practice

“It makes it a little tougher,” said Morley, who is right handed, “but I’m getting used to it…I’d like to take it off now. I can’t even eat and feed myself.”
