Nu’Keese Richardson is sticking to his commitment to Florida after taking an official visit to Tennessee this weekend.
The 5-foot-9, 151-pound wide receiver from Pahokee (Fla.) High School said he enjoyed his visit to UT. It just wasn’t enough to sway Richardson from Florida.
“I’m still 100 percent committed to Florida,” he said.
Richardson, who debated last week whether he should visit UT, said he took the trip on the advice from his parents.
“They wanted me to go and check it out to see if I’m making the right decision,” he said. “(UT) made a strong push. Overall I was excited about the coaching staff they brought in.”
Richardson just didn’t have enough time to get to know UT’s coaching staff.
Richardson said the Vols might have had a better chance of landing him if he had more time to get to know UT’s staff.
“I could say that,” Richardson said. “They made a push though.”

good luck to you young man.I hope you get to meet mr berry coming across the middle.

I wish him the best, also. Perhaps after seeing Eric Berry, Nu'Keese decided he would rather face him once each year than each day in practice. Regardless, I hope the young man succeeds.

I really don't care. Who was he? Where did he say he's going? Okay

I wish him luck, but I hope he enjoys his next trip to Neyland a whole lot less!

Hey GatorZZ, we have plenty of Vols faster than 4.5!!! If you post on here at least post correct info. That is 2 different times in 2. Dumb a$*

Sounds like he's all Mayer's Nukeee now.

We'll let Florida have the 5"9" receivers.
Voluvr writes:
Meyer can have all of the 5'9" receivers he wants. No match up advantage there.
Voluvr writes:
You can bet if we had laid down the offer it would have been different. It's happening over and over, these guys get up there and they are too short for the position and Kiffen lets them go. Just like Thigpen.

Check out the link below.
And secondly, this is NOT the Tenn web site. This Is a Public newspapers web site, which happens to be in Knoxville.

I can't believe that the Gators are still talking smack after the beating they took last night, oh well I guess it is true that they are all a bunch of sore losers. Good luck to Nu’Keese Richardson, I just hope that you have more sense than your fans do.
VOLINCALI writes:
Dekan please.
I will repeat:
Vol Fans check out this link from Dekan. At the bottom of the article click on the view comments about this topic, there are none.
Thats why the Florida fans troll our site, they cannot get a response on their own.
volmattna writes:
Haha, he is that small and just runs a 4.5 40!! Thats kinda surprising! I thought the Gators wanted the fastest players in the nation! He probably wouldnt be fast enough to fit into our system anyway! Have fun on the pine! GO VOLS!!!
VOLINCALI writes:
Same message as to Dekan, go talk to each other for your own paper.

what cracks me up is that tenn gets a 4*, 4.5 kid and he is a joke, but florida gets one and he is all world , with world class speed! go figure!

Seems like UT made up some ground. Richardson made a comment before the visit that he was 150% committed to UF.
But what's up with all the UF fans on here. With a national championship and as badly as they've beaten the Vols lately, you would think they have other things to worry about. Oh well, at least Kiffin & UT have their attention now.

I am not really sure why the roach lizards even need to play their games next year.
Just give them the championship. I used to think that the inventor of all things football was coaching the Tide. Now I see that he is located in northern roach lizard land.

Here is some useful information on what coaches must consider when recruiting. it might help to understand the process better.

hey gatorzz did you graduate from UF?
volnknox writes:
doesn't uf have their site that you can annoy people on, or do they not want you either?

may i ask then why, as a college graduate, you are immature enough to sit around a website of a school you have no connection with simply to post information to be obnoxious? you're kind of old for that don't you think?
TennesseeGirl1630 writes:
hahahahahaha.
I'm not gonna argue with you over the internet, it was a simple question. Enjoy your internet life old man & of course, Go Vols!
rblakeh writes:
I don't think we will get him, but in the VolQuest article on his visit, he seemed anything but "100% committed to Florida."
I would say more like 85%.
