MIAMI — Safety Gibril Wilson has signed a multiyear contract with the Miami Dolphins, who are on the verge of losing three defensive backs to free agency.
Wilson, a former Vol and a five-year NFL veteran, signed Thursday after being released last week by the Oakland Raiders. He spent four seasons with the New York Giants and started at free safety for their 2007 Super Bowl championship team.
The signing signals the likely departure of Yeremiah Bell or Renaldo Hill, the Dolphins’ starting safeties. Barring last-minute deals, Bell and Hill were to become unrestricted free agents Friday, as was cornerback Andre Goodman.
Wilson has 66 career starts, including 15 last season, when he played strong safety and made 129 tackles with two interceptions.

HS coaches have a way of doing that, especailly football. I think becasue football is SUCH hard, physical work and discipline that is is a sprot perfectly suited for young males. I know my HS position coach had a lot of influence on me, just basically because he believed in me.

Sorry. I am not sure how this relates to Gibril Wilson. Maybe bones lie?
finn writes:
BigVolMan, I think he is referring to how he said it versus what he said. The point of witchdoctor's post was great but the rediculous persona does get a little annoying.

I did and i did not find it funny either. In fact, it made no sense in relation to the article about Wilson.
Have a good day.

At first Witchdoctor cute post idea. At first Witchdoctor make GVX poster laugh. Then Witchdoctor try too hard and post too much like hearing same bad joke in pergatory for eternity. All of sudden, Witchdoctor get copycat cave man. Cave man idea kinda funny at first too, like Martin and Lewis or Abbott and Costello. Comedy duo good idea at first but then retard guy think Okemo indian funny idea too. Now GVX posting like watching remake of Friday 13th movies I fall asleep because joke is way old.
Moaninglikeheck wonder when Tarzan, Tonto, and Frankenstein show up from Saturday Night Live to sing "Silent Night". Moaninglikeheck wonder what retard character not use conjunctions and good grammar show up next. Moaninglikeheck know GVX is hillbilly site so maybe Jethro Bodine is good character because he do good cipher.

Always like Gibril. Good for him. He will undoubtedly enjoy South Beach even more than I.
Go to the Delano, get a cabana, try to not have a heart attack at the site of the lovely ladies of Miami.

I agree that the interlopers and petty squabbles get old, but never in a million years would I spend money on this site. They're normally a day behind other sites on news, and many of their articles have an anti-UT slant to them. If I had to pay for a site, it wouldn't be this one. And I get that that is probably your point, that you weed out certain people, but I ask you, is this site really worth paying for? Just based on content, compared to actual paid sites, is it? IMO, no.

What was this article about?

Sorry my man. My high school coach was a former UT player named Warren Blankenship. I grew up without a father, and Coach Blankenship felt a little responsible for me, I think. He took me to my first ever Tennessee game, It was Tennessee - Ole Miss. Tennessee won the game on a fade route in the corner of the end zone from Kelly to Pickens. I still think that was the greatest game I've ever seen. The first time I saw the crowd in person. Man, that place has a life of it's own on gameday. It still amazes me after all these years.
Coach Blankenship taught me a lot about life, and a lot about fishing LOL. Thank God for old players like him who still love the game and being a mentor for young people who love the game.
