Al Wilson's camp free Friday; Fulmer to make appearance

I've been looking forward to seeing these campers this week for a while.

Al Wilson, Former UT linebacker

Former Tennessee linebacker Al Wilson will offer a free session for football campers at his "Camp Explosion" from 1-4 p.m. on Friday at U.S. Cellular Fields in West Knoxville.

The free session was announced Wednesday by B2G Sports Inc. through his local representative, Terry Adams.

Former UT coach Phillip Fulmer is scheduled to make a 3 p.m. appearance to speak to all of the campers.

"I want to make this camp available to as many people as possible to give back to the community and touch as many kids as I possibly can,'' Wilson said Wednesday. "I've been looking forward to seeing these campers this week for a while.''

Wilson led UT to the 1998 national championship from his middle linebacker position and made five NFL Pro Bowls during his eight-year career with the Denver Broncos.
