Times have been finalized for Tennessee’s first three games of the season.
The Vols’ season opener against Western Kentucky on Sept. 5 will kick off at 12:20 p.m. on the newly created SEC Network on ESPN Regional Television, while ESPN will carry the Vols’ Sept. 12 game against UCLA at 4 p.m.
CBS will broadcast the Vols’ trip to Florida on Sept. 19 at 3:30 p.m., as has been previously announced.
ESPN Regional, which takes the place of Raycom Sports, will be broadcast on WVLT and MyVLT2.

If you break it down, it all makes sense that he would come to UT, based on depth.
Why? Well USC as many know picked up the #1 QB Matt Barkley last recruiting class. So having to compete with Aaron Corp AND Barkley doesnt make to much sense. Best scenario he would start as a SR.
Florida has Brantley who will be a JR next year and they picked up a top QB in last years class, that being Jordan Reed.
Now if you look at our depth chart, after this year it will be Stephens and that is all he would have to compete with. And if Scroggins is as good as he seems, he would start as a Freshmen.

You will not need pay-per-view to watch the game in Charlotte, or any SEC Network game for that matter. It will be televised on WAXN in the Charlotte area. Now I don't kow what channel that is, but you'll just have to take a look at your programming guide with Time Warner Cable, AT&T, or your satellite provider.
