Tennessee’s Lady Vols return four of their top five players for a 2009-10 golf schedule that includes the 13th annual Mercedes-Benz tournament at Fox Den Country Club.
For the sixth consecutive year, the Lady Vols will open at Charleston, S.C. in the Cougar Classic in September.
The Mercedes-Benz event is set for Oct. 16-18.
The 2010 schedule begin in Tucson, Ariz., in February.
Alabama hosts the SEC tournament, while the NCAA championships is set for Wilmington, N.C.
Women’s Basketball: UT signee Taber Spani scored two points and had four rebounds in the USA’s 64-50 win over Canada at the FIBA U19 World Championships.
Spani was 1-of-5 shooting in 16 minutes in the second round game in Bangkok, Thailand.
The USA got 14 points each from Kelsey Bone of Texas and Samantha Prahalis of Ohio State.
Up next for the Americans (3-1) is Russia (4-0), followed by Japan (1-2).
