Spani finishes 0-for-4 in U.S. victory

Tennessee incoming freshman Taber Spani scored two points and grabbed three rebounds in the United States' 75-56 victory over Russia on Tuesday in the U19 Women's World Championship in Bangkok, Thailand.

Stanford's Nnemkadi Ogwumike led the U.S. (4-1) with 12 points and 13 rebounds.
