Let's see if the message board detectives can figure that one out. No janitor or guy off the street has discussed that conversation with any of the principals involved.

Michael Silence - please do an your name implies.
KNS - this was ridiculous. Did you have an 8th grader put this on here? You are better (well - can be better)than this.
Trolls and bad attitudes - It is going to get real uncomfortable for your team to come to Neyland and play the Big Orange from now on. In fact, game day with the Vols in your stadiums will not be nearly as much fun for you as it has been. CLK and crew are taking this serious and it is being drilled into the players, most of which are only two years removed from the SEC championship game. Then add in the 9th best recruiting class and better ones on the way. You may need to change your screen names soon since true Vol fans don't take kindly to trash talkers with no teeth.

Hey Vols,
I can't find the article about Alabama getting a committment from the #1 rated cornerback prospect in the nation yesterday. Seems relevant here since UT was recruiting him also. It must have been hidden under the article about UT missing out on Jake Heaps. Yea, I know it's a VERBAL, just like the VERBAL UT is getting from it's prospects. I guess this will fire up Big Ed to "go steal him away". Well, at least lil Kiff is on ESPN!! Where do you order those new T-shirts?
TrueVolFan writes:
This is rediculous! I'm ok with some kid in a dormroom being bored and making this to put on his blog, but for KNS to link as it's own article is sad. Do you guys not have anything to write about? And whats with the title "Oh, my. Lane Kiffin and Ed Orgeron. Yep, Knoxville, this is the kind of publicity you are getting now". I cant beleive some retard hitting the bong in his dormroom is now considered the "kind of publicity" Knoxville is getting. If the KNS had any kind of management that looked over stories before they are posted this one would have never made the cut! It should be removed immediately to save the site any more embarassment!
Gators_Suck writes:
Bama does too.

Do I need to mention those for you guys? Seems that KNS and WBIR do that for you. I just want to make sure you know about the ones they choose to skip over because they, somehow, chose other schools.
Seriously, both schools are having bang-up recruiting years, but the proof is in the fall, and we all look forward to that, don't we? Roll Tide and best of luck.

ctown,
This may be the only time I ever agree with a Vol fan, but you are right about the level of stupidity on the video. There are a few of those kiffin show videos that are at least funny enough to laugh at, but KNS may have picked the worst of the litter. Oh well, the summer football doldrums are upon us.
At least we have a Super Regional in Gainesville this weekend, maybe the rain will leave for a few hours...

We need talent, and recruiting does seem to be going better than past years. We shall see. Of course, we are not out recruiting Florida or Alabama, but we are making progress. Florida is Florida with 2 NC. Alabama was top 5. We were 5 and 7. These coaches are doing well and as long as things continue to improve, maybe we will be back in about 2-3 years. Go Vols.

I think it is funny...not the videos but the fact that Georgia fans are trying to act like they are an obsticle for us....
Georgia you can have Marlon Brown or better Bobby Boucher, Jr....because to he would repeat what Grandma Brown told him to...
My momma said my momma said my momma said both of them Coach Kiffins and Coach Orgeron are scarry because they have all those National Championship rings and a Super Bowl ring and would make me do NFL workouts to win more.
He wouldn't be able to hack it here with this level of coaching...plus he turned his back on rebuilding Tennessee...
Marsalis Teague stepped up and didn't chump out: "I was thinking about the university of Tennessee for a while," said Teague,"I kind of felt like some of the similar opportunities presented themselves at Tennessee, Florida and Alabama.
If the opportunities are the same, why not do it in your home state? Why not try to help your state university get back on top?"
I hope Monte puts together some Marlon Brown rules like the Detroit Pistons had the Jordan Rules to make him regret not coming here....and his granny too.

VolQuest.com Staff Writer
Lane Kiffin and staff need offensive lineman. No position is a bigger need in Tennessee's 2010 recruiting class and Monday's one day lineman camp was an open audition for several solid lineman. Nashville native James Stone was one of those in attendance and he says he learned a lot in a short amount of time.
"I had a lot of fun," Stone said. "They gave me a lot of technique to work on. Stuff like my pass pros to work on zone blocking. I really enjoyed myself and I had a good time."
The Vols are in the mix for the mid state lineman, but do they stand a better shot of landing him after he spent a full day with the new Tennessee staff?
"They stand really well," Stone said. "Especially after I experienced their coaches. I feel like I responded well to what they were teaching in a positive way. They stand even better with me. They are in top percentile because I don't have a top school. They are up there."
With no clear cut leader, Stone refers to his recruitment as "on the fence." Back at home in Nashville, Stone hears from everyone he comes in contact with, but it's not a landslide that they want him in orange and white.
"It's split," Stone said. "Some of them are die hard UT fans, and the other just don't want to see me go here. I just try to tune everyone out. I have to make the decision that's best for me."
One person that does want to see him play for the Vols is Tennessee commitment Jacques Smith. The two went head to head during Monday's one on one battles and the Ooltewah standout is leaning heavily on Stone.
"I really want to get James up here," Smith said. "He's a priority because we need lineman. I got things started off on the defensive line and he needs to get us going on the offensive line. It's important to get him because he's a Tennessee guy."
Stone hears every word Smith says, but is he listening?
"He's an influence," Stone said. "He's a real cool guy."
Going against defensive players like Smith and the Byrnes duo of Corey Miller and [/db]Brandon Willis[/db] is a challenge for any offensive lineman. Stone relished the chance to take on some of the top defensive lineman in the country.
"You know them, but you don't go against them," Stone said. "That makes it fun because you read about these guys and it gives me a chance to see where I am and where they are. It also allows you to bond with them and get to know them."
Stone's ascension to a big time recruit is the result of hard work over the last couple of years. His body has changed quite a bit over the last year and the 6-foot-5, 297 pound offensive tackle knows he has to keep busting it in the weight room.
"I filled my weight out a lot better," Stone said. "I got better with my agility and just the little stuff. You can't ever improve enough. I'm always working."
Rivals.com rates Stone as a 4-star offensive tackle and the fourth best tackle in the nation. He's also a member of the Rivals100.
