When Kevin O'Neill was hired as the University of Tennessee basketball coach in March 1994, he walked into his new office one day to find a player stealing something off his desk.
That Vol soon became an ex-Vol.
"When you get a new job, there's usually a little cleaning up to do," O'Neill says.
This time, O'Neill needs a shovel, not a broom.
