Offensive lineman Jose Jose has transferred from Booker T. Washington High School to Miami Central.
Jose (6-foot-3, 330 pounds), who verbally committed to Tennessee in May, helped lead the Tornadoes to the 2007 Class 4A state championship.
Jose will be joining a Central team that went 7-3 last season and lost to Northwestern in the regional semifinals.
Jose will likely anchor the Rockets offensive line as a guard, however he has experience at both center and tackle.

Seen this a few times, but don't recall seeing this after a player has committed and has a scholly locked up, unless it's GPA issue that needs a boost.

My thoughts exactly. It could very well be his grades. Otherwise, why leave a championship team with lots of press to go to a 7-3 team from last year. Things that make you go hmmmmmm??
